  • Do you offer delivery?
    Yes, we do! We offer free delivery to Melbourne Metro areas in a radius of within 50km’s from our warehouse in Springvale. Our deliveries are outsourced to various transport companies and can be arranged at the time of purchase, or we will call to arrange, if ordered online.
  • Can I Click & Collect?
    Pick up of purchases is available from 10am – 3pm every day of the week. Prior to pick-up it is expected that you call and arrange a day and approximate time. We are happy to load your vehicle without contact and leave you to secure the product/s as necessary.
  • Can I arrange a specific time for delivery?
    Once we book in your new mattress for delivery, you will receive an SMS (if you have provided your mobile number). This will give your tracking number and link. If no one is at home, your mattress will be left in the safest place possible.
  • Do you offer delivery outside of Melbourne Metro?
    We certainly do. We can deliver anywhere at a cost which is subsidized by the free delivery radius.
  • Do you set up the mattress and/or base?
    Our service is purely delivery only. Please arrange for any installation and moving needs prior to delivery.
  • Do your products come with a warranty?
    Our mattresses start at a 10 year manufacturers warranty, check your chosen mattress for it's specific warranty period.
  • Can I return my items?
    We will gladly Repair or Exchange an item if: The item is faulty, and you were not aware of the fault at the time of purchase The item is not the same as the description or as shown or advertised The item does not perform as per the manufacturer’s intention Please note that we do not offer refunds on clearance items. You may not be entitled to a Repair or Exchange if: You have changed your mind and no longer require the item You decide you cannot afford the item You found the item cheaper elsewhere The style, colour, or size is not suitable You were made aware of a fault in the item prior to purchase You were responsible for the fault You did not use a mattress protector The mattress is soiled or damaged in any way All warranty requests MUST be accompanied with an original receipt or other proof of purchase. Please feel free to discuss our policy with our team prior to purchase. Note that measurements quoted on our website and affiliated sites and social media channels are subject to slight variances, when purchasing items measure all items to ensure they fit your space.
