Thank you for choosing Mattress Clearance for your mattress needs. We are committed to providing you with the best quality mattresses and excellent customer service. Please read our Delivery and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when ordering and returning our mattresses.

Delivery Information:

Order Processing and Shipping: Your mattress will leave our factory within 3 business days of placing your initial order. Please note that this timeframe may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will make every effort to meet this commitment.

Delivery Tracking: Once your mattress has been shipped, you will receive an SMS with the delivery tracking details. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and plan accordingly.

Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided during the checkout process.

Delivery Address: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate during the checkout process. Mattress Clearance will not be responsible for any delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds:

Comfort Exchange: We understand that selecting the right mattress can be a personal preference. Therefore, Mattress Clearance offers a Comfort Exchange policy for certain mattresses within our range. If you are not satisfied with your mattress after receiving it, you may request a Comfort Exchange within a 100-day period from the date of delivery.

 

Eligibility: Comfort Exchange is available for specific mattresses in our product range. Please check the product details or contact our customer service team to confirm eligibility before making a purchase.

Conditions for Comfort Exchange:

The mattress must be in a clean and sanitary condition, free from stains or damage.
The original packaging should be retained for the exchange process.
A Comfort Exchange can be requested only once per customer per eligible mattress.
Any price difference between the original mattress and the new selection will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your mattress and do not wish to proceed with a Comfort Exchange, you can request a full refund within the same 100-day period from the date of delivery. Please note that refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, and the mattress must meet the same conditions as specified for Comfort Exchange.

Return Process: To initiate a Comfort Exchange or request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@mattressclearance.net.au or (03) 7038 6906. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the mattress.

Return Shipping: In the case of a Comfort Exchange or return for a refund, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the mattress is found to be defective upon inspection.

Inspection: All returned mattresses will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the specified conditions for Comfort Exchange or refund eligibility.

Note: Mattress Clearance reserves the right to refuse Comfort Exchange or refund requests that do not meet the specified conditions outlined in this policy.
