Delivery Policy

Delivery to Melbourne Metro areas costs $50, which is calculated at a 50km radius from our warehouse in Springvale, Victoria. In the event that an order is placed, and we are unable to supply within a reasonable time, you will be contacted and given an estimated delivery date. If you do not accept the estimated delivery date, a full refund will be given. If you need a mattress fast, please call, live chat or email us to organise.

All clearance mattresses are in stock and ready for delivery and are generally delivered the next day, however, the delivery may take between 1-5 business days depending on delivery location and workload.

Return & Exchange Policy

Mattress Clearance does not accept the return of any product once they have been used. In the event you have an issue with your mattress, please contact us to discuss your concerns. If you there appears to be a manufacturing fault, please see our warranty terms and conditions. There is no returns policy on products such as pillows and mattress protectors. Soiled or damaged mattresses will not be covered by any warranty term or condition, a mattress protector must be used at all times or warranty is made fully void. No refunds will be provided on clearance mattresses although there may be an allowance for any major manufacturing fault, and in this event a repair or replacement may be negotiated.
